This January 1983 Warren Magazine "Giant Collector's Edition" brings a striking Pujolar cover that dominates with a towering, armored demon-like figure wielding a trident and chains that restrain both a snarling black panther and a roaring lion — while a captive blonde woman crouches helplessly at its feet against a blazing red backdrop. The cover promises two tales: Vampirella facing "The Undead of the Deep" and the story of Ali Addan taming a beautiful Beast Mistress. Inside, writer Flaxman Loew and artist/inker José González bring their own chapter to Vampirella's ongoing saga with "and the Curse of the MacDaemons.
