Usagi Yojimbo #66
In "Sumi-E Part One," Stan Sakai crafts a chilling tale of art and terror as a cursed ink box begins to unleash nightmares from Japanese mythology into the real world. With the inks dwindling, the box's desperate owner turns to a horrifying source to keep his dark creations alive—only one that's both ancient and terrifyingly personal. Illustrated in Sakai’s signature style, this story blends folklore with quiet dread, all on a cover by the artist himself.
