“The Mysterious Stone Ray”

In "The Mysterious Stone Ray," Scrooge McDuck sets sail for a much-needed reset—both to clear the gold dust from his pores and to investigate a desperate plea for help found in a bottle on the beach. When he and the ducks reach the island, they’re met with a strange and dangerous mystery: the Beagle Boys are there, and a mysterious ray is turning living things to stone. Written, drawn, and inked by the legendary Carl Barks, with a striking cover by Don Rosa, this 2011 Boom! Studios adventure delivers classic Disney charm with a chilling twist.
