Scrooge-Above-All rules a dystopian Duckburg, backed by the omnipresence of many different alternate universe Beagle Boys who terrorize its citizens. He lives in "a Money Bin so enormous it blocked out the sun." A bin incredibly large enough to hold the Money Bins of all the other alternate universe Scrooges within its massive structure. "Our Scrooge", with the help of "The Council of Gyros", gathers together the Scrooges from different universes to battle Scrooge-Above-All and his multidimensional Beagles. The tide turns in "Our Scrooge's" favor when the Gyros unleash his ace-in-the-hole.
