Against a pale full moon, two savage figures clash in midair — a werewolf and what appears to be a feral, clawed brawler tearing into each other with visceral intensity. This is "Where Monsters Dwell Part Three," and David Marquez's cover sets a fittingly ferocious tone for Gail Simone's ongoing arc, all teeth and talons silhouetted against an eerie blue sky. If the first two parts have been building toward something wild, issue #25 (legacy #725) looks poised to deliver on that promise in a big way.
