“Sur la trace des géants”

"Sur la trace des géants" delivers a tense, grounded clash of titans in the heart of the African jungle, where Wolverine and the Punisher—each drawn by different missions—find themselves on opposing sides of a deadly hunt. With Microchip sending Frank on a remote expedition to keep him from the city’s streets, the arrival of a poaching ring ignites a brutal confrontation between two of Marvel’s most relentless fighters. Written and illustrated by Carl Potts, with dynamic inks by Jim Lee and vibrant colors by Gregory Wright, the issue’s gritty realism is matched by Mike Mignola’s striking cover art.

Microchip sends Frank to Africa as part of a dinosaur hunting expedition to get him away from the city and his war on crime. Wolverine tracks down a poaching ring in Madripoor and heads to Africa to look for the source. When gorillas are killed on Frank's expedition, the Punisher begins to track them down. Wolverine and the Punisher run across each other in the African jungle and, each assuming the other to be a poacher, begin to fight.
