Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk #4

The cover of this fourth chapter says it all: Wolverine — claws fully extended on both hands — is locked in a ferocious three-way struggle with the massive, grimacing Hulk and a green-skinned woman who claws and snarls alongside him, the whole composition radiating raw, barely-contained violence. Leinil Francis Yu's linework is tightly rendered and kinetic, with Dave McCaig's coloring giving the jade-hued combatants an almost sickly intensity against the warm, earthy background. Damon Lindelof's six-part Ultimate universe slugfest is in full swing by issue four, and this cover makes a compelling case that the chaos is only getting messier.
