Ultimate Spider-Man #16

Spider-Man clings to a street-sign pole — a "One Way" sign just below him, a "Don't Block the Box" sign above — while massive, looming figures rendered in deep purples and magentas close in from the edges of the frame, and a swirl of luminous green fills the chaotic background dotted with glowing pink orbs. It's a striking composition from Marco Checchetto and colorist Matthew Wilson, using a dramatic low-angle perspective that makes the wall-crawler look both exposed and defiant amid whatever threat is converging around him. Jonathan Hickman's Ultimate Spider-Man continues its 2025 run with issue #16, and this cover alone makes a compelling case for picking it up.
