The Avengers learn that the Red Skull and A.I.M. stole the blueprints for the Cosmic Cube from the Baxter Building (in issue #1). Red Skull kills the A.I.M. Supreme Commander and plans to take the Cosmic Cube that A.I.M. is constructing.
