Two-Fisted Tales #36
In "Gunfire!", a young man returns to his hometown years after his father’s murder, driven by a single purpose: to bring the man who killed him to justice. Written by Colin Dawkins and brought to life with bold, dynamic art by Jack Davis, this gripping tale from EC’s Two-Fisted Tales #36 (1954) blends raw emotion with the stark realism that defined the era. The cover, by John Severin and Will Elder, captures the tension of a moment that echoes through time.
