Casper and Uncle Gizmo's latest ghostly invention—a canoe—sends ripples through the swamp, startling a frog and its lily pads, and even the fish take flight. When the Ghostly Trio remains baffled by the gift's purpose, Casper steps in with a solution that’s as clever as it is unexpected.

Casper teams up with Prince Pippin, a royal in hiding after a sorcerer’s spell erased him from sight, in a whimsical quest to reclaim Pippin’s kingdom. With help from Wendy, who can see through magic, the trio sets off on a lighthearted adventure full of ghostly charm and fairy-tale twists.
