True Secrets #21
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis Atlas/Marvel romance anthology from 1952 promises "tales as tender as a lover's kiss," and the cover delivers that mood beautifully — a young dark-haired woman rests close to a sandy-haired young man, their faces nearly touching in an intimate, longing moment, while in the background another couple dances elegantly at what appears to be a formal gathering. The banner poses the heartfelt question "Can a girl ever forget… the boy back home?" — a romantic dilemma that feels genuinely timeless. With Stan Lee writing and Jay Scott Pike on art and inks, True Secrets #21 is a polished slice of early-'50s romance comics at their most emotionally earnest.
