Trinity #12
DC's weekly Trinity series reaches its twelfth installment with a cover by Andy Kubert that puts Batman front and center — cape billowing dramatically as he swoops toward the viewer, a batarang raised and ready. Looming above him are the overlapping symbols of the DC Trinity: Superman's S-shield, Batman's bat-emblem, and Wonder Woman's golden winged logo, all stacked together as a bold declaration of the series' central theme. With "Justice For All!" blazoned across the lower half and the creative firepower of Kurt Busiek, Fabian Nicieza, and Mike Norton on board, this 2008 installment feels like the weekly DC event series firing on all cylinders.
