As Hippolyta and Nubia grow concerned with Penelope's vision of destruction, they prepare for the tournament to decide the new champion of Doom's Doorway. They are surprised by the arrival of Queen Faruka and the Bana-Mighdall, as well as the appearance of Yara Flor and a new tribe of Amazons, the Esquecida, with both groups planning to join the tournament to compete for the future of the Amazons. As tensions rise between the three Amazon tribes, tragedy strikes.
