Iron Man and Robert Downey, Jr. are found guilty of drunk and disorderly conduct. Iron Man is sentenced to 28 days in rehab. After he sobers up, he decides alcohol is a threat to society and petitions Congress to bring back prohibition. He shows them videos of his own drunken exploits. Captain America opposes him. Iron Man gathers his team of himself, Mr. Fantastic, and Spider-Man. To increase their numbers, Iron Man plans to clone Spider-Man.
