An anthology featuring multiple stories, including "Ace" Kelly, a crack test-pilot who experiences a harrowing flight disaster when his plane plunges toward Earth after using an experimental gasoline, eventually blacking out and crash-landing miles away from his intended destination. The issue also contains "Dark Mystery," a comedic story about a man who encounters a moron searching for a lost silver dollar under a lamp-post, only to learn the coin was actually lost in the middle of the block where there is no light. Additional humor features include a brief story about a boy wanting to wear a straw hat in summer and another about a character concerned his iron constitution would rust from drinking too much water, along with a dental-themed comic sequence.
