Tomb of Dracula #3
Marvel's 2005 reimagining of Tomb of Dracula reaches its third issue with a cover by Bill Sienkiewicz that radiates brooding menace — a lone, bald figure grips a wooden stake as a horde of snarling, ghoulish vampires press in from every angle, their grasping hands and bared fangs filling the shadowy composition. The sense of isolation and overwhelming dread is palpable, with the solitary hunter surrounded and barely holding his ground against the undead tide. Written by Robert Rodi with art by Jamie Tolagson and inks by Tom Palmer, this series brings a mature, atmospheric take on Marvel's vampire mythology that genre fans will find genuinely compelling.
