Tomahawk #12/1969
In "Filmbedrägeriet," Bobby Benson is stunned when the staged shoot on the B-Bar-B ranch turns real—during a scene meant to be a robbery, the so-called actors vanish, leaving behind only the stolen prize horse, Arab. With Windy Wales and Greg on his heels, Bobby must untangle a deception that blurs the line between film and reality, as the ranch’s quiet frontier life unravels beneath the glare of a camera lens.
In "Röda Masken från Rio Grande," Tim Holt, riding his horse Blixten through the rugged terrain near the Rio Grande, pulls a young woman from the river after she nearly drowns. After bringing her to safety, he learns the legend of the Red Mask—a mysterious hero who once defended the people from tyranny. When the outlaw El Terror and his gang descend upon the region, Tim discovers the old costume of the Red Mask and takes up the mantle to protect the innocent, including Mercedes Gomez and her father, don Vicente Gomez.
