With Hawkeye, USAgent, Spider-Woman, and Sunfire leading the charge, the team battles Demonicus’s forces—including Cybertooth, Jawbreaker, and Kain—while Living Lightning turns against the tyrant, helping free their captured teammates. Just as victory nears, the U.N. recognizes Demonica as a nation, forcing the Avengers West Coast to retreat, and the team begins reshaping its roster in the aftermath.
