In the main story, Timmy the Timid Ghost and a farmer discuss food and nutrition, with the farmer insisting that carrots are the best food while Timmy appears skeptical. The farmer then suggests that eating fewer green apples would solve Timmy's stomach ache, and when Timmy attempts to scare the farmer by saying "boo," the farmer is unfazed and instead takes a walk with Timmy and another ghost named Maxie. The outing ends with the ghosts attempting to frighten the farmer near an apple tree, only to trigger a cascade of apples that startles them instead.
