This issue contains two main stories. "The Ghost Rider" features Marshal Pex Fury riding incognito into Silver Pages to investigate reports of crooked and low-handed methods, eventually confronting the Ghost Rider himself in Hangman's Town. "The Men Death Wanted" follows Deputy Sheriff Tim Holt as he pursues a group of notorious gunfighters—including Redmask, Wild Bill Hickok, Billy the Kid, Jesse James, and Grat Dalton—who were brought together by the renegade Sioux chief Blackhand, with each man facing death after their fateful encounter.

Disguised and on the run from Blackhand's warriors, the captives must escape the night and find their way back to civilization with guns in hand.
