Tim Holt battles the "Texan Devil" and his outlaw gang who have taken a water tower and are planning to rob the town. After a fierce gunfight at the tower, Tim and friendly Rangers defeat the outlaws and recover stolen money. In a second story, Tim helps a distressed woman in Cactus Gap and becomes entangled in a mystery involving three suspicious men and a valuable prize, ultimately exposing the culprits and restoring order to the town.
