Those Annoying Post Bros. #17
In "Posticide," Ron and Russ face their most outlandish challenge yet when they’re trapped outside a sold-out concert on a distant planet and forced to confront the club’s owner. With their usual antics in full swing, they raid a local armory, only to stumble upon the Blue Wumfs—a secretive gang of non-humanoid genetic purists. As they investigate the gang’s hidden church, Ron makes a shocking declaration that sets the stage for chaos. Meanwhile, C-3 of the Rondoid Brain Police uncovers a disturbing truth: the Wumfs have vanished. Written and illustrated by Matt Howarth, with full creative control on both story and cover, this 1989 Vortex issue delivers another surreal, high-stakes adventure in the absurdly inventive world of Those Annoying Post Bros.

As Ron and Russ prepare to enter a sold-out concert on a distant planet, they are trapped and sent to the club owner. Always eager to get in trouble, they go to a local armory and prepare to get some serious planet-smashing weaponry. While there, they run into a street gang of non-humanoid genetic purists. They do some research and find out that the street gang is the Blue Wumfs. Shifting into the Blue Wumf's church/headquarters, Ron announces his plans of blowing up the planet before actually doing so. Elsewhere, C-3 of the Rondoid Brain Police discovers that the Wumfs have been destroyed.
