The concluding chapter of this four-issue Marvel limited series goes out with a thunderclap — the cover depicts Thor, red cape billowing and Mjolnir crackling with a massive bolt of lightning, locked in aerial combat with an enormous winged dragon whose clawed limbs engulf the composition. The scale contrast is striking: the God of Thunder appears almost small against the beast's vast wingspan and jagged maw, yet every ounce of the image conveys that he's the one driving the fight.
