Thor, the Black Knight, Hogun and the Earth-Force battle thru Seth's Black Pyramid where they free Bes and then discover that Odin is being held captive by Seth. On Asgard, the forces of Seth are overwhelming the Asgardian gods but the Celtic Gods of Avalon arrive to assist Asgard against Seth.
