About this Collection

This collection brings together the complete 2008 Marvel miniseries reviving Simon Garth, the tragic zombie antihero originally created by Stan Lee and Bill Everett in the 1950s. Written by Mike Raicht with art by Kyle Hotz, the story follows Garth's cursed existence as an undead servant bound to a mystical amulet, forced to do the bidding of whoever possesses it while struggling to retain his humanity. The volume also includes the original 1953 debut story from Menace #5 and the 1970s black-and-white magazine appearances from Tales of the Zombie, providing a comprehensive look at one of Marvel's earliest horror characters.
