Prowl concludes his investigation on Spike, and his actions on Scrapper. Swindle's captured and reveals how Spike was the one who dealt with the Decepticons after their earlier invasion of Earth was foiled by Prime and the Autobots. Jazz leaves Pennington behind at the secret meeting place, after confronting Spike's superiors, telling them of his treachery, and that they were dissolving their exclusive partnership with the U.S. government, and leaving back to Cybertron as a result. Jazz then destroys the secret complex itself to keep anyone from using any information inside of it.
