Onslaught begins a battle in China's outer border between the Predacons and Autobots (sent to capture the Combaticons in North Korea) led by Prime. In between the battle, Thundercracker destroys the 2 energon processing plants in China and North Korea, while Cosmos defuses a nuclear bomb aimed by Russia towards the fighting groups. The battle is broadcasted worldwide, and Bumblebee sets up a press conference to reveal what's been going on afterwards, but is shot by a human assassin before he can complete the conference.
