The Three Stooges undergo a shock treatment designed to make them deliveries, which causes them to act like a racing car and engage in slapstick antics at a medical facility. Later, the Stooges encounter spies and criminals tampering with an atomic rocket car, leading to a chaotic chase sequence involving the car being launched and the gang pursuing it through various mishaps. The issue also features a Lil' Stooge backup story in which a small character encounters various physical comedy situations involving vehicles and collisions.
