The Stand: The Night Has Come #1

Marvel's adaptation of Stephen King's The Stand reaches its harrowing final arc with "The Night Has Come," the first of six issues bringing the epic to its conclusion. The cover, illustrated by Tomm Coker, is a genuinely unsettling piece — a shadowy, red-drenched figure looms from the darkness, its maw stretched impossibly wide and lined with rows of jagged, concentric teeth, clawed hands reaching forward in a way that's hard to shake.
