“The Autumn of the Witch”

In "The Autumn of the Witch," Conan arrives in inland Brythunia during harvest season, stepping in as a proxy champion for Lady Vitellia, who stands accused of murdering her husband at the hands of her vengeful brothers-in-law. Written by Don Kraar and illustrated by Mike Docherty, with inks by Fraja Bator and letters by Diana Albers, the story unfolds with a tense courtroom drama cloaked in mystery, as Conan’s growing admiration for the lady begins to clash with unsettling truths. Joe Jusko’s striking cover captures the grim atmosphere of the trial, setting the tone for a tale where loyalty and deception blur beneath the autumn sky.
