Frank Castle looms out of a shadowy stone tunnel on Tim Bradstreet's atmospheric cover, dual pistols raised and the skull emblem centered above him like a harbinger — it's a quietly menacing image that captures everything essential about Marvel Knights' gritty take on the character. Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon's run continues here with "Squid," and that title alone promises the kind of darkly absurd crime storytelling this creative team does so well.
