As the finale of James D. Hudnall and Brereton's collaboration, issue three carries the weight of a story building toward its end, and the cover's moody, noir-drenched atmosphere makes a strong case for how satisfying that payoff might be. A fine bookend to what has been a visually distinctive limited series from 1991.
