The Powerpuff Girls #42

All three Powerpuff Girls — Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup — hover over Townsville's rooftops in this 2003 DC/Cartoon Network issue, looking startled (and a little annoyed) as an enormous, mysterious black eye looms over them from the left half of the cover, prompting Blossom's very reasonable speech-bubble question: "What're YOU lookin' at?" The ghostly outlines of the Girls mirrored on the eye's surface add a pleasingly eerie touch, hinting that something strange is reflecting their world back at them.
