The Ones #4

Brian Michael Bendis and Jacob Edgar's The Ones continues with this fourth issue from Dark Horse, and the cover alone sets a delightfully offbeat tone. A sharply dressed young man lounges with cool detachment atop what appears to be a giant, colorfully mottled tentacle or creature, raising a small glass in a casual, almost sardonic toast. It's a wonderfully strange image that hints at a series comfortable mixing swagger with the surreal.
