From Image Comics' dark 1997 series, this second issue puts its golden, armor-clad central figure front and center — a fierce, otherworldly woman whose metallic skin and glowing eyes radiate an unsettling power. Behind her, a wall of skulls fills the background in haunting detail, while barbed wire accents her dark armor to reinforce the series' grim tone. Cover art by Phillip Hester and Bruce McCorkindale makes a striking visual statement for Joe Pruett's moody supernatural series.
