This September 1973 anthology packs three fan-favorite gunslingers — the Rawhide Kid, Matt Slade, and the Two-Gun Kid — into one 20-cent package, with the cover promising a "Shoot-Out with Dead-Eye Dawson!" John Severin's cover pencils and inks set the scene vividly: a menacing figure in a burgundy suit looms over a fallen blond man while a rattlesnake coils nearby, as a blue-clad young gunfighter rushes in from the left, warning about the snake.
