The Justice Machine #3
In "A Day in the Life of— Bloodmaster!", the enigmatic assassin Bloodmaster takes on a deadly contract that quickly spirals beyond his control. Hired by political schemer Jeremiah Hopper to eliminate a rival, Bloodmaster dispatches Hopper’s thugs with chilling precision—only to turn on Hopper himself, revealing a far deeper game. Written by Michael Gustovich and Charlie Wallace, with art by Wallace and inks by Gustovich, this 1982 issue from Noble Comics delivers a tense, twist-laden tale where loyalty is a lie and every move has a hidden cost. The cover, penciled by Gustovich and inked by Joe Rubinstein, captures the grim intensity of a killer who knows exactly what he’s doing—no matter how many bodies it takes.
