In "Return to Georwell," the Justice Machine returns to the city they once protected, only to find their legacy tarnished and their names reviled. With the people turned against them and their families estranged—Blazer’s mother, Titan’s sons, and Trinika among those who now see them as threats—the heroes confront the painful truth that Georwell is no longer home.

In "The Guardians," the remnants of the Justice Machine—Blazer, Titan, Demon, Diviner, and Talisman—split up to locate the Dimensional Transporter, unaware they’re being hunted by a new elite team of super-humans known as the Guardians. As the Machiners are captured one by one, Talisman narrowly escapes, left to confront the mystery of why the Guardians, including the former Challenger, now stand in their way.

In "null," the Justice Machine faces a desperate stand against the Guardians when the Machiners—long imprisoned in an unbreakable dome—are finally freed by Talisman’s bold, self-sacrificing leap. With the dome shattered and the Machiners unleashed, the balance of power shifts as the former prisoners battle their captors, overcome the Guardians in a fierce clash, and vanish through a transporter they later destroy—leaving no trace behind.
