“The Coming of the Inhumanoids! (Part 1)”

The Inhumanoids #1 (1987) kicks off with a thrilling clash of ancient forces when a massive amber monolith unearthed in Big Sur fractures open, releasing the skeletal entity D'Compose. As the creature awakens, a parallel disturbance stirs deep beneath an oil rig, unleashing the colossal plant-like being Tendril, who heads straight for the museum. The Earth Corps, clad in armored bio suits, rush to contain the escalating threat in this explosive first chapter, written by Jim Salicrup and Flint Dille, with dynamic artwork by James Fry and Joe Delbeato, and a striking cover by Fry and Delbeato.
