Heroes battle their evil doppelgangers and tackle Warlock, Thanos and the Infinity Watch. Galactus contemplates using the Ultimate Nullifier. Kang and Doom discover his power source. Galactus transports Warlock and the heroes. Thor discovers that the Magus has created a duplicate universe. Warlock gathers the Infinity Gems back into the Infinity Gauntlet to take down the Magus. Unfortunately, the Gauntlet is useless. The Magus shows up and captures Warlock and the Infinity Gauntlet. Thanos asks Quasar to destroy their foe with the Ultimate Nullifier.
