The Hooded Horseman #19

The issue features "The Hooded Horseman's Miracle Dog," in which Flash, the Hooded Horseman's dog companion, helps his injured master recover by visiting Pop Baker for medical treatment; when nightfall comes and a sixth sense warns Flash of danger, the dog rushes back to find the Horseman in trouble and crashes through a door to rescue him. A secondary story, "How Mini-Gym Turns Dateless Dorothy into Dazzling Dotty," follows a woman named Dorothy who, encouraged by her friend to improve her appearance, uses a Mini-Gym home exerciser and transforms herself into an attractive, confident person who wins over a man named Bill.
