A banner proudly announces the featured star, Captain Midnight, while a smaller inset panel spotlights Phantasmo alongside what appears to be a vessel or craft of some kind. Two great pulp-era heroes for a dime made The Funnies one of the era's most entertaining anthology titles, and this issue looks like a particularly energetic entry.
