The Frank Book #[nn]
In "Frank in The River," Jim Woodring delivers another surreal, dreamlike journey through the peculiar mind of Frank, as he tends to his garden, drifts into a disquieting vision of being crushed by a tree, and stumbles upon an invitation to a party for the dead at the House of Mystery. The story unfolds with Woodring’s signature blend of quiet absurdity and unsettling imagery, all rendered in his distinctive, meticulous style—every line and shadow carefully drawn by the artist himself.
