When Godspeed strikes again, Meena must face the threat head-on, testing her resolve and the strength of the team she's helping to build. After stopping Dr. Carver, whom is thought to be Godspeed, Barry and Meena enjoy some down time together. Barry confides to Iris about his new relationship. Meena and August continue to work to train the new speedsters at S.T.A.R. Labs. Wally West shows up to learn more about using his developing powers, but is unwilling to go public about his speed, so Meena agrees to give him private training for using his speed. When Meena returns to S.T.A.R., she finds Godspeed threatening some of the new speedsters and attempts to stop him.
