Unable to control his powers due to changes in the Speed Force, Flash surrenders himself to be locked up and finds himself being transported to Arkham Asylum along with Captain Cold leading to a verbal confrontation. At Arkham, while Pied Piper uses his harmonic powers to help get Barry, Wallace, and Avery in tune with the Speed Force, Captain Cold escapes. With his powers under control, Barry returns home with Iris, when Barry's future self appears with a dire warning.
