The Flash #10
In "The Speed of Darkness Part One," Barry Allen and Iris West face off against the enigmatic new threat Papercut, whose eerie control over paper and wood throws Central City into chaos. When Kid Flash—Wally West—races in to help, his recklessness forces Barry to step in as the Flash to save the day, leading to a tense confrontation about Wally’s choice to skip school for heroics. As Wally seeks to prove himself, he tracks down a new enemy: the Walking Shadow, a chilling return for a familiar foe from the past. Written by Joshua Williamson and illustrated by Felipe Watanabe, with inks by Oclair Albert, colors by Chris Sotomayor, and letters by Steve Wands, the issue’s dynamic art and escalating stakes are perfectly captured on the cover by Carmine Di Giandomenico.
