With the stakes rising and the machine’s power threatening to fall into the wrong hands, The Flame must confront both the villain and the perilous secrets behind the device.
When a Nazi submarine sinks an American freighter in the Atlantic, The Flame vows vengeance on the heartless killers—but discovers the attacks are the work of the mercenary General Doyoff, who's playing both sides for profit. Pursuing the U-boat to a remote island headquarters, the Flame must battle overwhelming odds, an ingenious water trap, and Doyoff's desperate escape bid to stop the underwater raiders once and for all.
