The Demon #56
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeJohn McCrea's cover for this March 1995 issue says it all: Etrigan the Demon — red-skinned, clawed, and blue-caped — perches atop what appears to be a monstrous creature fused with a warplane, its enormous jaws gaping wide with rows of jagged teeth and unsettling red eyes staring outward. It's a genuinely wild image that captures the gleeful chaos Garth Ennis and McCrea brought to this series, dropping the hellish rhymer into what "The Longest Day, Part Two" promises will be a turbulent ride.
