An enraged Blue Falcon hunts for Dyno's killer, as the dog is hooked up to computerized scientific equipment. The trail leads to Cully Kenner (or "Cully Vincent" - see Notes) who attaches an explosive device to a crowded bus, forcing Blue Falcon to abandon the pursuit - and suffer life-threatening injuries while saving the bus passengers from the explosion. Meanwhile, Dyno, rebooted by BF's computer, appears to have been given new life.
